We are seeking a champion of eCommerce who shares our vision and values. This is a hands-on key strategic role that requires proven experience in eCommerce trading and digital marketing, with an understanding of digital strategies. Reporting to the CEO/founder, your role is to set the digital direction that will reach and engage with our customers in the best possible way. You will manage Nature Baby’s online sales and website operations, as well as set strategies across all digital channels and execute to drive growth within New Zealand and globally.
This unique opportunity would allow you to lead all things digital using your in-depth knowledge of ecommerce, digital channels, and campaigns. You would be part of Nature Baby at this exciting next stage, allowing you to build on, shape and help direct the company to become a global leader in digital and development of an ethical and sustainable brand.
What you'll bring:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital & eCommerce roles, ideally within great retail brand/s
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Magento or Shopify platforms and developing websites with strong agency management
• Ability to drive revenue through digital channels by having experience in digital media principles and metrics, content development and optimising marketing spend and/or customer journey
• Strong commercial understanding and capability to analyse and action data from tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, customer segmentation and reports.
• Experience managing a team, evolving skillsets and setting best practice.
