This is a deeply relaxing and restorative experience that allows the body and mind to pause with the nurturing frequencies of sound. You should leave feeling rested, restored and relaxed. You need nothing but yourself, however wearing comfortable clothing will help you relax in to the class. Feel free to bring a cushion, yoga mat, eye mask or blanket if you wish. To ensure the relaxation of both yourself and others attending, we ask that there be no children or babies.
